SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We send orders via either Royal Mail, DPD or UPS.​

Standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days. This isn't guaranteed and can take longer due to delays outside our control.

​Expedited delivery is usually next day if ordered before 10AM.​

For Same Day Dispatch, please order before 1PM.

During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas and Monday's we can't guarantee orders placed before 1PM will leave same day.​

Standard Delivery (UK) - £3.99​
We offer free delivery for orders over £40 to Mainland UK

​Standard Delivery usually within 2-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Christmas and holidays.​

Expedited Delivery (UK) - £5.99
Expedited delivery within England, Wales or Scotland delivered within 1-2 days - Order must be completed by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery aim for the next working day.​

International Delivery – by individual quotation.

​INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN​
If you have given us the wrong address or made any mistakes with your delivery details please email straight away at hello@bohemianwaxody.co.uk being sure to send the correct address with this email. We will do our very best to correct your mistake but sometimes orders leave quickly and we might not be able to do this in time and we might also ask for delivery to be paid again if applicable. However, if the order gets delivered to the address you gave us, it is up to you to go and collect it or arrange for it to be delivered to you.

We cannot offer a refund or replacements for an incorrect address, this includes forgetting house numbers and streets, misspelling postcode(s) and incorrect names on the deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us and will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at Bohemian Waxody. All we ask is that you:​ Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bohemianwaxody.co.uk with your name, order number and the reason for your return.​

Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused.

​If the return is due to an error on our part (ie. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
